Love this place, open late night, they have delicious protein shakes (60 g of protein?!?!) and you can add more protein powder, customize milk choice and all their food is amazing. Not to mention the delivery is so quick and reliable, thanks guys!!!

If you’re craving a seriously good burger in Buffalo, this spot delivers. The patties are perfectly juicy and full of flavor, topped with fresh ingredients that elevate every bite. Fresh Bites and Smoothies is truly an awesome spot. The ambience is warm and inviting, making it a great place to grab a meal any time of the day. My all-time favorite here is the chicken over rice — consistently delicious and full of flavor. They also serve great smoothies and milkshakes, perfect whether you want something refreshing or sweet. The menu is surprisingly extensive, offering burgers, subs, wings, tenders, samosas, nuggets, and so much more. There’s definitely something for everyone. If you’re looking to try some authentic, real, freshly made food, this place is a must-visit. In my opinion, it’s one of the best spots in Buffalo, and the prices are very reasonable and affordable. I’m not exaggerating — just visit once and see for yourself!

Hands down my favorite chicken over rice spot in Buffalo! The portions are huge, can barely finish it in one sitting. Sometimes when I order from Uber it’s a hit or miss with the sauces, so make sure to specify in the notes what sauces you want on the side and what you want on top. But other than that, the food tastes amazing, so flavorful, and the white and red sauce are phenomenal. This is my comfort food!

I got this through uber eats and 1) the fries were perfecttttt. it took like 30 minutes to get to me and the fries were not soggy at all which I’m very happy about 2) the chicken over rice itself is decent as well. it’s a good portion size and the chicken was flavorful. the rice was a little dry but the sauces kinda evened it out. more hot and white sauce would’ve been perfect though anyways to conclude this is a solid gyro so if ur thinking about getting this you should!

Food is very fresh and delicious. Quantity is also more than enough also the price is reasonable. The staffs and the Owners are very friendly and nice. Must try their milkshakes.

Today oneThe food here is absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The food and service quality also the quantity was truly exceptional, I can't wait to come back. Highly recommend this restaurant.
